summary of a formula

I have the following forumla, but I cannot sum it based on the group its within, any suggestions? I try to right click on it but it doesn't have the insert summary.

Sum ({HourlyApptArrival.ApptArrivalCount}, {HourlyApptArrival.Date}) / Count ({HourlyApptArrival.ApptHour}, {HourlyApptArrival.Date})
