Mapping exception due to empty payload issue

Hi Friends,

I am facing an issue in SOAP to proxy scenario.where plenty of messages are coming from sender system, many of them are getting processed and very few of them are getting failed in PI with mapping error because of empty payload.

when I checked with team at sender side, they said they don't see any transmission failures or transmission of zero byte records from their side.

Could any one help me in how to debug this issue?

Thanks Inaki vila for your response.

We are on 7.4 version. they are saying that they are not sending any zero byte messages. As you said, I requested them to send sample messages that they are sending to PI to investigate further.

Hi Pushpalatha,

What is your PI version?, can you check at adapter level the message increasing the level trace?, may be the are sending an empty payload or a message with different xml structure that you have developed.
