Using Crystal Reports 10, Grouptree to Bookmarks when Export to PDF?

I'm Using Crystal Reports 10 and VB.Net. I have a grouptree in my Crystal Report and when I export to PDF I want it to create bookmarks in the PDF. That's not happening. Is this possible, if so, how?
