CA Forum: Data Connectivity and SQL
I'm trying to create a report that will contain customer narratives, however, only 255 characters will display from each record. I'm connecting to a Business objects universe using Crystal Reports XI (release 2). I've found a few array formulas the claim to fix the problem, but have had limited success. Is there a hot fix or service pack that I'm missing, or are array formulas the answer? Thanks for your help
