Crystal Reports w/renamed SP. Must I rewrite my CR?

I think I know the answer to this question, but I just want to confirm it. I wrote a Crystal Report last week which uses a stored procedure to get its fields from. Since then, our project manager has decided to rename this stored procedure. Must I rewrite my Crystal Report using this new stored procedure name, or is there a way of updating my Crystal Report? I think I have to rewrite my Crystal Report, but I would like a second opinion. Thanks.
