Hi,
I don't understand how to use a stored procedure with Crystal Reports. I have a stored procedure already created which takes 5 parameters. I selected this stored procedure as my data source. But I would like to have the user to enter in the parameter values when the report is executed. How do I set this up? Also is there a way to have the user set one parameter field and then have a second one populated with choices based upon the first parameter entered?
Also how do I set up which fields are displayed in my report? I tried to expand the stored procedure in the Field Explorer but it does not expand. I don't know how to design my report to show the fields from the stored procedure query.
I am completely new to this so any help that you can give would be highly appreciated.
