CA Forum: Data Connectivity and SQL

Hi,

I have generated a report in the Crystal reports XI designer which contain junk data for most of the records.

I tried changing so many options for the report but still that data corruptions issue persists.

When i tried running the stored procedure seperately. Its fetching proper data from the Database which shows its not Database related issue.

Few of the records still shows data which is properly displayed.

Please suggest some standard which we need to follow to resolve this issue.

Thanks,

Saurabh

How are you connecting to the database, ODBC, OLE DB, or native?

Try using the Oracle Server (native) connectivity if you're currently using ODBC, and vice versa if you're using native.

Is it something in your ODBC setup? I know that if I don't set the driver to translate when I retrieve data from an iSeries, I end up with obbly-gobbly. What database are you using?
