Try limiting the number of unique group values in cross tab

Hi,

I am using cross tab in crystal report 8.This cross tab have 12 fixed column and one dynamic column.I am having problem when the number of records exceed to 5000.

The errror message:The number of rows or columns is too big.Try limiting the number of unique group values.

Please help to resolve the issue.
