I'm charting the number and priority of incident tickets by group. If group A has priority 3 and priority 4 tickets and group B has priority 1 and priority 2 tickets, the bars and the legend on the chart show 3,4,1,2. Is there a way to show the bars/legend in ascending order regardless of the order the tickets are read? Thanks.

I think so, if I understand the question, go to design mode, right click the chart, select chart expert, click on the data tab, select your data field, and click on Top N, here you can select sort all, based on a sum.
