Hi Bao Lam,
Sales Order is the Official document, the 'Item No'(VBAP-POSNR) field, which you are referring in the screenshot, it is a Key field(VBAP-POSNR) in VBAP table. So we can't change the value(10->11) once created.

once the item number is created you cannot change,you can only enter number manually as 11 while creation.
