Unable to publish to

CA Forum:

When I attempt to publish, everything seems to work fine until I click on the Run Now button. When I do, I receive the following error message:

Logon failure: user account restriction. Possible reasons are blank passwords not allowed, logon hour restrictions, or a policy restriction has been enforced.

This seems bizarre. My password is non-blank. I get the same result any time I logon. I have no idea what policy restrictions are. Regardless of policy, I should be able to logon so I can publish a simple Crystal Reports file.

Another possibly irrelevant clue: When I launch publisher, it says I will not be able to refresh reports before uploading them because I don not have either Crystal Reports XI or XI Release 2 installed. This is bogus. I have Crystal Reports XI installed, as well as Crystal Reports 10 and Crystal Reports 2008.
