Cannot see User Mapping tab in User Administration

I am trying to find 'User Mapping for System Access'. I go to 'User Administration' but the only tabs I see are 'Identity Management' 'Import' and 'Activity Reports'. I guess I am missing some security. Can someone please tell me what I need to do so that I can find 'User Mapping for System Access'?

Hi Boater,

If you have Personalize link at the MastHead Area of your portal, click the Personalize link. Then you will get a popup window.Select "User Profile". Then a TabStrip is displayed, select "User Mapping for System Acess", then you can view all the available System Aliases, select the desired system alias, then click on the Modify button just above the TabStrip.

Now the Mapping Data fields will be editable and you can enter the corresponding User ID and Password for the particular System.

Hi ,

Follow the below path to see the usermapping tab in ur portal.

Useradministration->identity management->search for your user to which you want to do the usermapping->

double click on the user you found then it will dispaly the Usermapping Tab .

Hi Ryan,

You dont get "user mapping for system access"as such under user administration. Identity mgmt, Imports, Activity Reports are the ones that you get there. Can you please let us know more about your query?
