can anyone giveme the config. document of subcontracting process with payment of duty.

for carrying out subcontracting you need to maintain subcontracting challen j1if01,

then maintain its number range using snro.

you have to maintain subcontracting challen # range j_1i57fc, the reconciliation quantity by j1ifq.

again this is OK only if you have maintained the excise details in j1id.

there in material data you should have mentioned the out going input material and incoming finished (subcontracted material) with the subcontracting check box clicked.

after this you create PO using item category as subcontracting and in item details' material data maintain the components for the finished material.

then do me2o to generate document to provide stock to subcontracting vendor.

then mb1b for transfer posting with reference to PO.

then the usual migo and you get the material back.

• Purchase order creation based on a scheduled purchase requisition created by last MRP run ME21N

• Optional: manual purchase order creation

• Purchase order approval (if required) ME29N

• Components of the Material sent to the subcontractor through a Transfer Posting migo > 541

• Creation of Subcontracting Challan J1IF01

• Goods receipt for purchase order delivered by subcontractor MIGO

• Reconciliation of Challan J1IFQ

• Completion of Challan J1IF13

• Invoice verification and validation of tax expenses MIRO

• Outgoing payment
