CRM_DNO_MONITOR

Dear All,

I have configured service desk. In CRM_DNO_MONITOR under Status there are three radio buttons 1)Not completed 2) Completed 3) All.

when I select "Non completed" or "All" and execute it gives me all the messages pertaining to truncation type SELF which is right.

But when I select "Completed" it shows change request managment messages. Which belongs to transaction type SDCR.

How can I restrict messages with SDCR transaction for "Completed" radio button. My requirement is to display only messages with SLFN transaction which I have configured.

I don't have "Completed" status in my status profile insted I have "Closed". Does it make differance in selection criterion?
