CA Forum: Migration to XI R2

Hi,I have just inherited a project to migrate/upgrade our CE10 installation to BOXI-R2 (or R3 if it comes out soon enough.)Our CE10 environment is very heavily customised with lots of bespoke CSP scripts to do things like carrying out "DB password pass-through", "fake-on-demand", "report surfacing", "batch printing" etc. When we first started to install BOXI-R2, it was found that CSP was deprecated in this version and, due to our company's longterm strategy, a decision was taken to migrate to a Java based solution (rather than ASP.NET).The analyst who carried out all of CSP customisation and then started to migrate all the scripts to .JSP source(?) (Java/Javascript - don't know which - that's part of my problem!), has now been transferred to another project and her schedule doesn't permit any kind of a skills or knowledge handover. Thus, I have been told to research what needs doing and what training I require to achieve this. Can ayone recommend any courses that I could attend to give me a grounding in what I need to do to enhance & maintain such .JSP files. I have a very good grounding in SQL & several programming languages (COBOL,Pascal,PL/SQL, etc) but have little or no HTML/UML/OOP knowledege as well as no Java skills. Is there something that BO offers or what other UK-based 3rd party companies do you recommend. For example, I see that Learning Tree offer a "Comprehensive Intro to Java" (471) & a "Developing Java Web Applications" course (570) - is this kind of course I need? Many thanks for any info.Regards,Harry HainesReports Analsyst.
