Connection error in Deski in BO XI R2

CA Forum: Migration to XI R2

Hi,

We are currently runnning BO v5.0.2 full client and planning to migrate existing universe and full client reports to BO XI R2 .

In order to do that a BO XI R2 server has been installed and the relevant ODBC connection established on the server.

When creating and running a report from the BO XI R2 server there is no problem running it against an existing Universe that was migrated by saving file to a share directory and then exporting it to BO XI R2 repository.

Our issue comes when using Deski. Connection to the repository does not appear to work. Can't export to Corporate documents ? I log in Deski as Administrator.

When running a report the following error appears: "Connection or SQL Sentence error: DA005.Exception: CS, Unexpected behavior" then after validating this error I get : A connection required to refresh this document is not available DA0004".

How can I fix this issue ? I don't know any other way in BO XI R2 to migrate my FC BO v5.0.2 reports than exporting them in Deski.

Also I am not aware of any missing connection as accessing the same universe from Webi works
