Crystal just closes

Hi,I'm have a site where Crystal 8.5 & 10 were installed. It worked without any hassles until a few weeks ago.When you open Crystal, you can get to the part where you either start a new report or open an existing one. once you have selected you option, it closes without error message or warning. Its only when you log off and back on when you get a msg that Crystal crashed. I have tried uninstalling all versions, reloading from different sources. the box its running on is a Win 2003 SBS any ideas ?
