need SP2 but can't log into ESD. Available somewhere else?

I need to get BusinessObjects XI Release 2 SP2 but it seems to only be available via the ESD. The person I think has the company login is out of the office and not responding. Is it available some other way?

Thank you so much. I have turned in my login request a week ago and I haven't heard anything else from them. I get a reply that they are working on it.

I had the same problem. You can get SP2 without an ESD log on at:

Talked with my coworked and his general support password doesn't work on the ESD site. Any ideas where to get the SP?
