Upgrading from Crystal 7

Have been using CR7 with our VB6 app for approx 7 years. App has continued to be constantly upgraded, but never needed to upgrade CR7 - UNTIL NOW!Can anyone point me to any documentation that tells me what is needed to upgrade, and what should we upgrade to - 11, 12 ?? Thanks in advance Greg
