Crystal Enterprise 8 - Can't log on to Crystal Management Console

Have re-installed CE8 on a new server and want to get into the Management Console to check licences etc.

When I try to enter the user credentials on the logon screen (User - Administrator, Password - blank) it returns the screen asking me to "Enter your user name and password..."

Incidentally, if I put something in the password box, it tells me the password is invalid.

Any clues?

I am having the same problem...have you had any luck resolving this? Iam using Windows NT 4.

hmmm

I've tried using the Report Publishing Wizard, and this will accept the Administrator / blank - User / Password combination, so it looks as though its the browser not accepting the blank password field - I've no idea why though!

Server is running Win2000 Server with SP4

Software is CR V6 Pro, upgraded to CR Developer Edition 8.5, then CE8 added
