Creating shortcuts to reports

Hello,

I am in the process of trying to create shortcuts to our crystal reports. Is there some kind of trick to this? I am able to create a shortcut but I am unable to access it. You can see the report name that says "Shortcut to <report name>" all in the black letters. You cannot click anything but the actions and descriptions arrow, and once you click that, you cannot click any of the links it shows. I think this is a rights issue because my standard network account will access any shortcuts I have created anywhere. My account does have Crystal_Administrator attached to the rights though. Here is what I have done.

Created a shortcut a report from HR to Timekeepers

Clicked on created shortcut and added group "Timekeepers" with inherited rights.

Nothing happens though.
