Is it still possible to invoke the 11.5 (XI) ActiveX Viewer to display reports that are not inside the Report Server database? I have literally thousands of v. 8.5 reports saved in a folder hierarchy that currently run using a simple URL method (e.g. http://rptserver/RptFolder/Report123.rpt?init=actx). Is this method of displaying reports on a web page still available? If so, can I get some examples of how to set this up, because it appears that on my new XI Report Server, the ISAPI extension is not there and I can't figure out if there's a way to pass a URL to openDocument.aspx or something like that. It would be a complete nightmare to have to recreate our current folder structure in Report Server, so please tell me I don't have to do that!
Thanks.

Still haven't figured this one out, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Is it not possible to use the ActiveX viewer without CR Server or BOE? It appears to be a feature of Crystal Reports Developer Ed., but I can't figure out how to actually view a report using the viewer. All I can do is display in DHTML, but for 10+ MB reports, this doesn't work well because the report reloads at every click.
Also, what is up with the repository requiring BOE? Can I no longer share pre-built command objects without the server software?
