Error installing report - Business Object XI R2

"Failed to read data from report file C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\tmp.rpt.

Reason: Failed to open print engine for C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\tmpreport\<report>. Ensure that CRPE32 is installed on this computer."

Business Objects XI R2 is being used. BO XI R2 SP1 is also installed.

The above error is thrown even though IIS is using the Local System Account to run the default application pool. Please provide a solution to solve this issue. Thanks in advance.
