IIS HTTP 500 Error

Hi,

I have a problem with a CR10 server. The server was rebooted unexpectedly and now in the Windows Event Viewer, I have the following DCOM error:

The server {3D14228D-FBE1-11D0-995D-00C04FD919C1} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout. This error message is followed in the event log by a warning message like the following.

Then, I canu2019t access Crystal Enterprise in the Internet Explorer; even the IIS Services are running. The Internet Explorer shows the HTTP 500 Error Message.

I have to reinstall the IIS???
