CMS not starting automatically

Hi,

I have BO XI R2 installed on my laptop. When I log into the machine, all servers start automatically except the CMS. I have to go to the Central Configuration Manager to start the CMS service. Btw, it is already set up to start automatically

I have to repeat this process every time I re-boot my machine.

Is there any way to start the CMS automatically? Or is there anything I need to set to make this happen?
