I have BOE XIR2 SP2 servers installed on server1, IIS as well as CMS database installed on server2 (CMS using SQL Server). When trying to launch any of the admin tools from the Administration Tools menu, it always has the logon form's Syetem box pre-filled with the "server2\sqlserver-name:6400" information, and the box is locked (can't modify it). With CMC, the box was also filled with that info initially but it was not locked, therefore I could change it to the right information (server1:6400). How can I change the "System" info in the logon form for all the admin tools apps (Admin tool Console/Schedule Manager/Instance Manager....)?

Thank you hey! I was just struggling with this problem too, wading through all the redirects and trying to find out where it was picking it up from.

In case someone else is interested: the default value can be changed by modifying the value in the Web.config file in ...\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.5\Web Contents fold on the box where IIS resides.
