Unable to log on to CMS

After installing BO, it pops up the follwing screen saying "

"The install could not log on to CMS Please enter username and password for CMS displayed below"

I tried with username :Administrator and password blank

it does not seem to work

The CMS server service is not starting all services except CMS server service are running

Currently i am using mysql database and tomacat webserver

Please help
