facing error like (frm0003)

Hi All,I have created a report. And i save it for all users and send the report to the user. Whenever the user open the report he is facing the error like "File becomes corrupted. Unable to Open (FRM0003).But while i am trying to open the report in my machine it opens correctly without having any error.Kindly let me know how to solve this problem.Thanks in Advance.
