Obtain SP3 when not able to access ESD

Post Author: paradigm

We are a Crystal partner and as such - no longer able to get access to ESD.

The new EDGE series requires SP3 to integrate into SharePoint. Our license is good for selling EDGE, however, since it's a new product marketing - nothing is out on the web for EDGE other than the sales slicks.

When I try searching for BOXI R2 - the SP3 is only within ESD.

Channel Mgmt hasn't been able to help either.

Any suggestion? Can I FTP it down from someone's site?

Thanks

I think downloading from anyone other than BO would technically be illegal. If you have a current support agreement with BO you should be able to get access to the ESD, just call customer support

We've had some issues with SP3 I recommend getting whatever is currently available from the ESD only.

    Regards,

    Tim
