Updating a report on Crystal Server Xi

I have published and scheduled several reports on the CR XI server. A couple of them have now had the original .rep modified and I would like to re-publish them. It looks like I need to delete the existing instance and re-publish on CR XI Server from scratch. Is there a way to update the underlying source .rep file and have the published instance use this new version without having to re-publish from scratch?
