I scheduled a crystal report using BO Enterprise XI. The report is supposed to return a count of 17Million records. However it returns only around 600K as the count. While using the same query in SQL tool I am able to get the correct counts. Is it possible that BO Enterprise time outs the scheduled report. I am suspecting that the report timed out and returned the results till then. Any thoughts ??
