BO Designer - Runtime Error!

When I start the BOXIR2 designer(New installation) I get runtime error:

any ideas?

Error Message:

Runtime Error!

Pgoram:...s\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.5\win32_x86\designer.exe

abnormal program termination

OS: MS XP SP2

BO: Version XIR2
