New repository for CMS

We need to move the pointer from a repository on a development box to a production box.

We have done testing and are ready to do a wholesale movement of the repository from on SQL server 2000 instance to a production sql Server instance, but do not know how to make the change. I have found referenced to BOMain.key, but do not know the format or anything else about this.

Is it a text file that we can change and restart server so they will pick up the new repository?
