BO can hack a CMS DB to reset the password, there is debate as to whether or not this infomation should be passed on to customers. I'm of the belief that any customer that needs to do this should be required to open a case with BO support, else this will become common info and anyone that wants to can hack the administrator account. The argument for the other side is you have to already be a DBO in order to modify the system DB so what's the difference?

Regardless unless managment tells me it's ok to spread questionable info like this I don't... Sorry.

Tim

amr_foci: wat to do if you forget you Administrator password?

support can hack the CMS DB if administrator password is lost, but I won't post how publically. BO Product group will have to tell ya.
