could not authenticate using the provided operating system credentials

We have a vb-script. In cmc this script is placed under objects. When we schedule this script we receive the following error "could not authenticate using the provided operating system credentials".

    resolve this error message, ensure the account that the Program Job

    Server is running under has the appropriate rights to the Local

    Security Policy.Account on Program Job Server must be a Domain Account To check or modify these rights, use the following steps:1.

    On the Crystal Enterprise Server, open the Control Panel and navigate

    to Administrative Tools > Local Security Policy > Local Policies

    > User Rights Assignment. 2. In the right pane of the

    'Local Security Settings' dialog box, double-click the policy 'Act as

    part of the operating system' and add the Program Job Server account.3.

    In the right pane of the 'Local Security Settings' dialog box,

    double-click the policy 'Log on as a batch job' and add the Program Job

    Server account.4. In the right pane of the 'Local

    Security Settings' dialog box, double-click the policy 'Replace a

    process level token' and add the Program Job Server account.Upon completing these steps, you can successfully schedule your program object.
