Unable to install BOXI R2

i was trying to install BOXIR2 at the final stage of installation a screen appeared

"The install could not log on to CMS Please enter username and password for CMS displayed below"

I tried with username :Administrator and password blank it does not seem to work

The CMS server service is not starting all services except CMS server service are running

Currently i am using mysql database and tomacat webserver ...

Any help will be appreciated !!
