Java SDK libraries

in some forums i've found that i have to get the java libraries from this folder

C:\Program Files\Business Objects\common\4.0\java\lib

but i have only this folder

C:\Program Files\Business Objects\common\3.5\java\lib

is there is difference between 4.0 and 3.5, i'have some examples working with 3.5, but some other examples not working and ask for not existing libraries,

where from i can get version 4.0 libraries,
