CA Forum: WebIntelligence Reporting

Hello

I'm lost - I would like to create reports in CR and have my users to be able to access and refresh data in those reports via the intranet. I've a SQL DB, inhouse Web Server and CR v.11 - do I need anything else? what do I need to do - I can't find any useful info in the Help files or web.
