Engaged Version: "+" sign not working for label

I found a problem that most of my old files in Professional Version is no longer working in the Engaged Version.

Whenever there is a cell using the "+" sign to refer to another label, the system returns zero instead of the correct label.

For example, cell A1="Name", cell B1=+A1 and it should display "Name".

In Professional Version, a Display Grid of cell B1 displays "Name" correctly.

But in the Engaged Version, a Display Grid of cell B1 returns "0" instead. p.s. Though the Excel View frame is still showning "Name", it is no longer WYSIWYG.

I'm using the function =Concatenate(A1) to get around the problem. But it is frustrated to change so many "+" sign of the file into '=concatenate()'.
