New Print Option in Engage = Disappearing Dashboard

The new print button has been a great addition to the program, however, after the second time I use the print option in an active swf, the dashboard disappears from the screen and the only way I'm able to bring back the dashboard is by hitting the refresh button in the web browser. Not a good option for my end users. The issue happens in Firefox, IE, and in the preview mode within Engage's workspace, strange and frustrating at the same time.Anyone experiencing the same issue, solution? I'm using an upgraded version of Engage. Thanks,jim
