Hello,
We have a customer that doesn't have a C drive on XP Pro. We've seen this problem before in CR XI and was easily fixed by adding the ReportDirectoryPath key. (http://technicalsupport.businessobjects.com/KanisaSupportSite/search.do;jsessionid=8F8C74ED49A487E12244061A059D393C?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=c2016508&sliceId=&dialogID=360384&stateId=1%200%20356275)
This solution doesn't seem to work with the CR 2008 though. I'd imagine we'll run into this issue too with Citrix Servers because those probably won't have a C drive either. Has anyone found a work around or fix for this?
Thanks.
I do have the same problem today whereas I change the value of CoonectionDirectoryPath and I added ReportDirectoryPath string value but the problem is always here on my cotrix server : Load report failed on document open.
Do you have any suggestion to this problem ?
