Barcode is small while export to pdf from Crystal Report 10.2 Version(VS.Net 2005)

In my application i have a Barcode Report.I am using the IDAutomationHC39M font to print a Barcode and the Crystal Report 10.2 as a Report file which come along with VS.Net 2005.In report it displays the barcode as it is.But while export to pdf format the barcode size is very small which is not useful to print and scan..All other format(Word,rtf) are working fine.For this issue i checked the net and i got the solution from IDAutomation site.The Hot fix which produced in IDAutomation site is not suitable for the version Crystal Report 10.2 to solve that barcode small issue in export to pdf from crystal report.So plz help me out to solve this problem..Thanks in advance..RegardsRajaSekar

Hi Mr.Tomm,

Thanks for your quick response.Even after changing the new font, yet the problem not fixed..We used the new font named as 32techCode39LT. In ur reply u mentioned that( If you have the same problem with this font, then you'll have to contact Adobe).I need to contact Adobe.Can u please give the Contact information?Thanks in advance..

Raj,

Sometimes the Adobe font engine doesn't work as expected. To see if its an engine problem, use a different barcode font. Go to Code 39 Barcode Font Demo; and download the demo. If you try it and it works, its an idAutomation problem. (that font works well and is inexpensive). If you have the same problem with this font, then you'll have to contact Adobe.
