Dynamic/cascade parameter

Post Author: tomahawk

CA Forum: Crystal Reports

I am using CR 9 and need to use dynamic parameters where the drop-down values of the 2nd parameter are displayed based on the selected value of the 1st parameter. Since the parameter definition box does not allow the dynamic option, how do I achieve this in CR9. Please help. Its urgent.

Thanks

Tom

If you must achieve this with Crystal 9, Consider a 3rd-party tool as a solution (for a list of such tools, see http://www.kenhamady.com/bookmarks.html).

My DataLink Viewer software allows you to achieve dynamic & cascading parameters with Crystal 8.5, 9, and 10.
