Position and size of a Text Object - Changing using formula

Hi everyone, I wish to change the position and size of a text object based on a formula.How can I do that using the formula editor of Position and Size? ( As there is only one formula editor for both X and Y values )I gave formulas in the Position and Size formula editors, but it is not picking up the values from the formula.
