Have a report that prints many pages for an individual. These reports are selected by choosing all repotrs for a year for the entire base. This means that there may be reports for up to 1200 individuals when I run the report and some may have 3 pages whilst others will have up to 11pages. I currently export these to pdf and then send to print.
I would like the printer to be able to identify the end of each individuals report and therefore automatically collate and staple etc. As my export is a single report this is not possible. As you can imagine, the people in the print room hate it when I send this job through.
Is there someway that I could cause a break after each individuals report so that the printer would recognise and collate these reports.
Thanks in advance for any assistance
Julie

Yes there could be a solution to this.
from section expert, we can click new page After option. here we can apply a formula when "New page after" is to activate.
Busy today may write u back, let me know if u could resolve on ur own.
