Good Morning,
I've attempted to refresh a report that is based on a Rumba ODBC driver using CR XI Professional. I receive the following error message:
Not Implemented. Details: Cannot connect to this data source. This is the Crystal Reports Standard Edition. Please upgrade to Crystal Reports Professional version (or higher) in order to connect to the data source you have selected.
Please note: We did upgrade from CR 10 to CR XI Professional version. In viewing Help->About, CR XI Professional edition is shown before this error message occurs. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how did you fix it?
