    Hi,

Not sure I have the solution for you, and couldn't provide one since the environment you're working in isn't provided with your post. However, regardless of the environment, it sounds like this may be more of a server-related issue than CR. I'd suggest trying to see if one of the folks in the server forums can provide assistance.

Firstly, thank for your time, pvierheilig... coz its quiet forum here lol.For environment, we are running IIS 5.1(SSL) as a proxy and forward to our Weblogic 8.1 app server. Our application (which resides in WL8.1) uses CrystalReport XI Java SDK to generate the report online, the print control of CR is in ActiveX. Please let me know if you required more info.Basically, the strange thing is some computers are able to print without the popup message, while some does. We managed to discover that the differences between the 2 groups of computers is the PrintControl ActiveX. For "OK" computers, the CrystalReport Print Control ActiveX is verified. For problematic computers, the ActiveX is Not Verified.Last thing to note, although there is this popup error message "communication error occurred. Printing will be stopped.", the printing still go thru smoothly.

For solution 1, i have installed the latest patch for CRXI and problem still remain. For solution 2, its not really applicable to us because our IIS does not use compression.
