Hi Experts,
To simplify the aspect of the global workspace for some users of SAP Business ByDesign, I need to hide some menus (ie Workcenters or Views), without modifying the rights.
For example, we would like to activate only "Purchase Order" Workcenter.
In the same time, we would like the user to be able to create
a Goods & Services Receipt without switching ot another view.
This can be done thanks to a specific button appearing at the top of the PO.
Thus, in a user friendship point of view, we do not need any longer to activate the Work Center "Goods and Receipts Order" ... except to keep alive access rights to the creation of one GRO.
Did the designers of ByD think about the separation of WoC displaying functions and the management of access rights ?
If so, how to setup the menus to suit the case I mentioned ?
