Hi Friends,

When end user is performing reconciliation process (FBICS3), he is getting error 'Process 003 is not active. Complete customizing before starting program.'.

This is working fine in DEv and QAS. It is giving error in Prod.

Try to perform client comparison with the help of basis, like using SCU0 may be?

This customizing is transported using workbench requests. Did you check with your basis team if there are any errors in the transport log? Any post-processing after import that failed in prod. system?

I have created new transport. Basis will not help on this issue as this is post go live issue. Thanks for your feedback
