SAP IDM 8 Fiori connetivity

Hello everybody,

I'm very new at SAP developement and I started my bachelor thesis two months ago.

In my bachelor thesis I have to develope an "User Create"-Fiori-application which has to be connected to the SAP IDM Server. I never worked with the Identity Management System. So there rises the question, how do I connect both (Fiori application and SAP IDM) and where do I have to configure it?

You would ideally have a front-end gateway system where your user create Fiori app would be deployed and run from. You can configure a trusted RFC connection from this front-end system to your SAP IDM system and use this connection to pass on the data from the Fiori app to your SAP IDM system.

saurabh.vakil thanks for your answer but the connection between Fiori and SAP IDM has to be by the REST API.
